This move was made easy Thanks to Quality Services Moving! Mr.Horton Mike and Morris Josiah were excellent in there customer support! They were willing to help me put things back together that wasn't originally token apart by movers! They made it there mission to not damage anything they were carrying to my walls! I'm definitely will use Quality Services Moving in my future moves!

This company's moving truck ran into my car parked on the street, which caused over $6000.00 damage. My insurance company hired a law firm to sue for the insurance company's financial loss and my deductible. This moving company has not been paying back its responsibility. I will file another law suit against this company. My witness will be called by the court, and this company will face it to verify him under the oath. We will see if that is the true. The police is investigating this incident now. Based on Better Business Bureau, this company has 12 complaints in last 3 years.

This company is grossly mismanaged. If you are a service member, I recommend calling the TMP and changing out service providers if you get this company. If that’s not an option for you, DO NOT let these guys jerk you around. If they don’t show when they are supposed to, call your TMP and report them immediately. If they try to move your dates around, call your TMP and report them. I tried to deal with this company directly and it was a complete mess due to their incompetence. Andy the operations manager is seems like good guy but doesn’t have the resources to lead everyday operations for this company. He will tell you the reason why things are delayed is because they are shorthanded workers and overwhelmed with other moves they have to complete. Don’t be like me and feel sorry for them because at the end of the day they will treat you and your belongings with complete disrespect.
