Bad business !

I booked on April 30th 2024 for a may 8th 2024 10 am appointment. I decided to call at 9:50am that day to make sure that they were gonna be on time for my 10am appointment. A guy tells me they are finishing a move and that they will call me when they are done giving me no estimated time frame. I'm sitting here at my storage just waiting to get moved out and into my apartment there is no way I am going to sit here and wait I don't kno how long until they arrive. I told him April 30th when I booked nd paid my deposit as required that I had other things planned that day on my only off day that week and that I was needing there service promptly on time. He assured me that they would arrive on time and with what I needed them to move he assured it would only be 2 hours max. I have requested my deposit back and have not gotten a response. I will update once my deposit is received. I will not book or recommend there services in the future. (Edited review) In addition I've call again no response and sent a 2nd refund request for my deposit no response. This is a bad look for buisness. I will definitely be cautious in the future about paying a deposit that seems to be non refundable even if it's the company's wrong doing and not owing up to it. I hope they use the deposit money and it goes very far for their business.

They texted us 3 hours after our scheduled time and told us that we’d have to reschedule for the next day.
