No accountability, unprofessional, unresponsive.
Hired them to move a few larger items. Everything was great (seriously it was) until my living room sofa was damaged while delivering to my storage unit. I understand the physical work that had to be done as the elevator was too small so stairs needed to be used however you expect a little grace/carefulness. I contacted Angel regarding the damage he answered and asked for proof so I sent him a video. Now all of a sudden all my text messages and calls have been ignored & no response besides 'Yes I will reach back out once I get the chance' that was May 27th. Nothing personal but business-wise beware if damages occur Angel will pretend like nothing happened and not want to have a conversation or take accountability.

I had a last minute one item pick up. A regular moving company would not take the job because of it just being a single item. I reached out to Angel and he made arrangements for the single item to be picked up the same day. Thank you kindly.
