Quick and Careful Moving

Booked through the manager Adam a month prior to my moving date and they never showed up, I had to call and see what happened. After some time, Adam asked to rebook for the next day (Sunday), and promised I’d be taken care of. It was clear my booking was not put in their calendar. Frustrated and stressed, I agreed to it.
Movers were nice but when I tried to get a hold of him that Sunday about cost —no response.
I was not going to pay the full price because of their mistake and unprofessionalism. I thought I was being generous by paying $60 less than asked for. The real kicker are the text messages I received back from him hours after the move was over…I could post the screenshots of his reaction and crossing the line, but I’ll be graceful and just Leave it at a 1 star review. If you want someone reliable to help you move, simply go with a different company.

I was moving two 10x20 storage units to my new condo. Angel and Zack showed up on time and loaded my possessions very carefully. It took two days to make the move because I had so much stuff but they were very patient and took their time with making sure that my belongings were packed correctly. This is the second time I have used quick and careful moving and if I have to move again I would not hesitate to call them.
