Quick and Careful Moving

We recently moved and used Quick & Careful Moving in Grand Rapids based on a recommendation from a friend. Angel and his team were excellent to work with and made sure our family antiques were moved into the new place without damage. We received the most competitive quote from Quick and Careful Moving and they even came in under based on time. We highly recommend this moving company!

With a very professional estimate the rest went downhill !!!
The manager who had come for the estimate had quit!!! 2 young men packed. They left behind screws for the bed that were never to be found!!! They were not aware that we had steps (5) to bring a baby grand ( which they dropped and broke) The driver had been driving from Arizona for 2 days and was exhausted...
the local guy who came to help was on his phone constantly, came late and was trying to leave early. Was seating on our furniture instead of helping, at which point we brought it to his attention that under COVID-19, please do not seat on our furniture!!
A bird bath was broken with no apologies...
I tried to send a letter to the owner, it came back!!!
In two words... our move was stressful, a disaster and a very bad experience which was so difficult after trusting a manager that was really good at the estimate!!! Go figure ...

I was trying to have a desk moved from my basement office to the garage and a different desk in the garage brought down to the basement office !!!
Never got it done !!!
Wanted $170. 00 !!!
Too much money !!!

We had Sadi and Asaunte for a 25 mile move from SE Grand Rapids to NW Grand Rapids and it went great. They were friendly, polite, professional, and they worked hard. I was paying by the hour and they respected that and never slowed down. I feel I got good value for my money and would use them again.
