Quick and Careful Moving

The woman who called me back for a quote thought she had hung up the phone when she said very clearly 'RUDE A**'. All because I declined to use their company when they weren't available on the date I needed...... If your customer service person is this pleasant, I can only imagine how delightful the rest of your team is! WOW. Definitely won't be using this company future moves, but also that was hilarious.

Called and called with no answer or voice-mail. Not sure if they are still in business.

The name of the company says it all! Raymond and Marcus arrived right on time and did an excellent job of quickly and carefully moving furniture and belongings. They were experienced at disassembling furniture and problem-solved the removal of a lamp plug that refused to come out of a socket. I was sure that the electrical cord would need to be cut, and thrilled that this lamp, (which had been a wedding gift), survived the move in one piece! Unlike some other moving companies I have used, Quick and Careful Moving did not charge for travel time to the move's location, nor for its return trip, making this move an especially good value. I would not hesitate to hire Quick and Careful Moving again!

Tim, Sepin and Raymond did an excellent job. Prompt, courteous and quick. I would highly recommend them!
