Estimator was prompt and efficient with his estimate and explanation. Things were scheduled easily. The three men who packed our items and moved them were remarkable! They were courteous, careful and hardworking. I will use this company again and recommend it whenever possible.

We had a GREAT experience with Quick Move, doing a cross town move. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and they were able to accommodate the challenges posed with the nuances of our move and quickly overcome the surprises that invariably happen with any sort of undertaking of this scale.

Avi came to do our estimate, and he was great at giving us an assessment of the job. I explained to him potential challenges of our particular move and he was very accommodating. First, our building's loading dock could only be reserved from 10-2 on move out day. Additionally, I knew from when we had our couch delivered that it would not fit into the elevator. We were on floor 7 and the loading dock is on floor 3 - the couch would most likely have to be carried down four flights of stairs.

We were getting both pack-out and move-out, so we had scheduled for a Friday pack and Saturday move. A week before, my wife and I decided to try to move things up by a day so we would have an extra day on the weekend to unpack. I emailed Quick Move and they said no problem.

The pack-out was extremely efficient. They hit their estimate on the nose. Move-out day came and I get a call from Avi around 9:30 AM (30 minutes before the loading dock opened). The movers had been in a car accident on the freeway (the other person's fault) and had to wait for the police to show up and then switch trucks. Avi took complete ownership of the situation, knowing that we had a 2:00 cutoff and time was tight. He told me he'd send extra guys at no charge to make sure we hit the cutoff and assured me everything would be fine.

The movers showed up around 10:30 in good spirits although there were a couple of visible bumps and bruises. Even still, they got right to work! They were extremely quick in getting our stuff out. Avi came by about halfway through the day to check in to make sure everything was back on schedule. Simply great customer service! They had everything in the truck right on time and off to the new place. Unloading went smoothly with no hiccups and they were out right on time as well. Again, the move-out/move-in had hit the estimate right on the nose.

These guys are amazing. The customer service, the personal touch, the efficiency - all made what is generally a stressful event go as smooth as possible. Every step of the process, I felt like any concerns were quickly put to rest and everyone did a great job of simply making us feel at ease about the entire experience. I'd recommend Quick Move over anyone!

We used QuickMove for an intra-city move here in Seattle, and they were great. Our quote called for 2 men and a truck, but due to scheduling, we ended up with a 3-man crew. At first, I wondered if there were going to be extra charges, but the company kept their word and we only got charged for what we were quoted.

Furthermore, our crew of Luis, Ivan and Jose did a great job. They quickly, safely and efficiently packed up our furniture, carried our boxes and bags and packed the truck. A few miles later, they unpacked it all - again, safely and quickly - into our new apartment, which required carrying everything up 3 flights of stairs.

At the end of the day, it was a great experience. Thank you to Luis, Ivan and Jose - you guys were great! - and thank you to QuickMove. We hope to be here for a while, but next time we move, I will be sure to call you again!
