Quick Pack & Ship

The worker was 20 minutes late opening the store and when I asked her why she was late she said “they don’t pay me extra.” I said if they pay you at all then you should have some pride in your work and at least show up on time. She just gave me nasty attitude and was absolutely no help to me at all. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional! Go anywhere else for your mail needs this place is a complete waste of time.

This place is amazing! What some of you don’t seem to understand and love to complain about on here is the $5 drop off fee for the UPS packages! Let me just explain it so for those of you who think they just keep your money! Since Quick Pack and Ship is not a UPS store they have to charge you $5 because that’s what UPS charges them when they give them the packages! If you just ask you’ll get your answer! If your complaining about the $5, your gonna have to pay it regardless on gas going to a UPS store in Kingsburg or Visalia!! Anyways! Thank you QPS for your service to our community!

They charge $5 just to drop off a UPS package. I hope they go out of business soon.

I want to thank Isabelle for helping to repackage and return damaged art supplies so our young artists in Dinuba could have better materials. Her help and thoughtfulness saved me money and made the task much more pleasant. Thank you Isabelle and Qwik & Pack!
