Quick & Qualified Moving

Don't use them. They will break your stuff and leave your stuff by the trash. They also take videos without your permission. They say they are qualified but they are not.

They showed up on time, were extremely kind and friendly, took excellent care of my belongings, and were so fast! Great guys and I would absolutely use this team again!

I have used Lawrence for two moves, one from a two bedroom to a three-bedroom apartment and another from that three-bedroom apartment to a house. He has always been super professional, on time, and reasonably priced. His crew works very hard and diligently to get moved in as quickly as possible. If I were to move again, no question I would choose quick and qualified

This place is outrageous. Derailed our move and caused us to pay an extra over $500 to move because they just never showed up. We used them a year ago and had a good experience so despite the red flags that popped up during this booking process, we stuck with it (took about eight texts and calls to get a confirmation) because it had gone well before. Clearly things have changed. We were confirmed for Thursday at noon, confirmed several times. I texted the morning of and was told they were running an hour late. We were understanding. Cut to several texts ('we're in Cedar Rapids, leaving in ten minutes') and four hours later. Then silence. No texts, calls, nothing. Eventually it was 5pm (for a noon confirmed move) and we said to forget it because we had other commitments (because we're moving). We then had to find other options which has delayed our move by a whole day and because it was last minute was exorbitantly expensive.

This was a noon move that was supposed to take two hours and at 5pm they are nowhere to be found with no explanation offered. I'm truly flabbergasted at this level of awful and just utterly thoughtless service. If they had an issue, if something happened, they could have communicated with us, tried to find another solution. If we had known we could have moved it back a day. Instead, this. Truly shameful, beyond disappointing. If I were you, I'd avoid.

Lawrence and his team were AMAZING. They handled our belongings with care, were fast and efficient and friendly. If I could give them more stars I would. I would definitely recommend using these guys for your moving needs.
