Quincy Storage and Transfer did a local move for my Dad in September. Working with Trina was easy, and she made a suggestion that saved us time (and money) for which I’m grateful! Her crew were on time, efficient but careful with Dad’s items, and professional and nice to us AND with one another. Overall, I feel the move was priced fairly, it was handled well, and Dad and I are satisfied customers!
The crew that moved me 3 hours away from Quincy made the move so easy for me! Chris, Erin, Billy, Vic, and Brennon were absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about them. Thank you so much!
Absolutely terrible company. Trina is a terrible person on the phone. Seems to have lost many employees recently due to how she seems to treat employees. Need local work find someone else if you can.
So now don't get me wrong the girls in the office for the most part are pretty awesome and nice and easy going and very easy to work with however with a few different kinds of experiences in different ways I have had with this corporation over the years First if you go to a auction they let you do the bidding and so on then when you go to pay for your items they tag a extra 200 on for making sure you get everything out of the storage that you bid on ok I get that but this should be displayed in your flyer or post or advertisement of the auction not a last minute thing you pop on when a person goes to pay for items they have won in a auction bid already. Second They don't seem to take care of their property very well or maybe their neighboring property when driving to our daughter in law unit there are pieces of fence laying in the road or items of units left in the middle of the road there for have to worry about possible getting a flat or fixing a tire when you leave don't seem to be any kind of security on the row our daughter in law in at all. which there was a slight issue and we tried to change the unit into my name when she was in the process of divorce with my son and they refused to call the officer cause they didn't want to set on the phone all day. The price is a little high for the size of storage not real just a bit. Last of all all from workers working hours are crazy working overtime not getting paid for it working 12/16 hours being called back in 4 hours later to do another job drive trucks with outdated D.O.T sticker's that can make the driver get in trouble more than the company but it is the company responsibility going through people storage units taking what they want or telling family or friends to come to auction and what to be done things this is just my experience this far with this company hoping new owner in last couple years there would be some changes but haven't seen to many other than alot of turn over of employees I am assuming to no changes in the ways things where done before
