Closed a week for Thanksgiving. I understand this a small business, but that usually means they try harder. Pathetic ! You wonder why big business is hurting you, but it's you hurting you. You can find me doing business at the UPS store in Crestview.

Update to response: I always give small business a chance first ! I find it difficult to believe you dont get anytime off. You're closed Every Weekend sir ! That is 104 days out of 365. Not including holidays. Also very assuming that everyone uses social media. You will not find me there. Post holiday hours on your website. I added the photo of it showing hours open today, 2 days prior to the holiday. I made a commitment based on the information I had available, and was forced to go elsewhere, how else should I review it ?
