Don't write them a check. They hold it for weeks. Also they have no working phone you can reach them at. The only way to reach them is to write a letter.

I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. It is disgusting. There is no climate control. Guaranteed to have your stuff destroyed by field mice and rats. Surveillance does not work and they do not bother to tell you that until you’ve been robbed. Say no to this place.

Prices were cheap but we had to replace over $3,000 worth of appliances that were destroyed by roaches in the one year our things were stored there. So they do not use any kind of pest control to prevent damage to your belongings. We have always retained yearly pest control services in our home and are quite sure where the infestation damage was sustained. I have receipts to back that up and they basically told us they were sorry but we're not liable for the damages. So i paid very dearly for the money i thought i was saving. The people were pretty nice but they won't unlock the gate on Sundays so you're quite limited on access to your belongings over the weekends as well
