DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I was referred to Oded at GM Van lines and apparently they subbed out the work to this nightmare showing up at my house 2 days that we were supposed to be completely moved out. They sent one person at 3:00 pm driving a 25’ box truck. After I was blackmailed to sign the contract and send them half the money, My son had to help load the truck. We moved to Tennessee, The Owner Mike was rude and wouldn’t load anything until I signed a new contract that he changed from per pound to per item from 7k to 14,900.00! He had all of our possessions for over 2 Months. They took one truckload to the house after a month, our realtor met them there and she said they hired local people. Almost another full 2 months we finally get to Tennessee and find that the rest of our items aren’t there and we were missing all of our most important large expensive items. The second truck got to us 3 weeks after we got to Tennessee. Our Stand up piano form my wife’s mom was banged up and chipped, both gun safes (one they opened and items missing), 3 of my wardrobe boxes with my new shoes, 3 nee pair of boots, all my jackets, all my jeans and dress shirts. My power washer is missing, brand nee Generator is missing, our cushions from our wicker furniture missing, my knife and sword collection is missing. The list keeps going!! Dozens of items broken, non of the beds put together. They showed up with the second truck and would not let me inspect my property before I was demanded to pay cash before they would unload. The driver named Carlos called the Sheriffs and I am grateful because it’s documented that he would not let me inspect it. I paid them cash in front of the sheriff at 9:30 am. At 12:00 he said they were going to take a break and would be back in a couple hours. I was putting my son to sleep when I heard them come back and figured they were unloading the rest of the truck and would start putting the beds together, assembling my dining table and my gym equipment they took apart. After I put my son to sleep I went out to check on them and nobody was at the house. They dropped everything that was left in the truck in the driveway and left! I never saw any of them again. I’ve text Mike, Javier and Carlos multiple times and not one response from Mike. I am now forded to file theft report for the state of Tennessee and open a federal investigation from the transportation and shipping administration and press felony charges of grand theft, vandalism. This is the worst experience of any kind my family has ever been through and I don’t want any other families being destroyed by this evil type of business. In search of an attorney and contacting the DA of Los Angeles, filing a police report in California first!

Worst mover ever from Los Angeles to Portland as I have moved many times and never had some many items broken! They are very unresponsive and very very expense! Would not recommend them at all!
The LA crew was horrible but JD who did the delivery was great and couldn't believe how this moved was packed! Also he said he has never seen so many broken items! Don't use them if you value your belongings!!?

I decided to hire Interstate for my move at the end of September. They brokered the job to R & R Storage located in Glendale CA. The company came promptly to my home and packed the remaining of my things. Interstate said that my move would be priced by weight, and upon arriving R & R Storage said the price would be by square foot and upped the price by $500. I told them that someone would be able to be at the new location in NJ the next day to receive the items.

I was not able to speak with R & R directly because they refused to take my calls, forcing me to deal with the third party Interstate. Once I hit the 21 business days, I called each week regarding the status of my move. In which many times, Interstate was not able to tell me where my things where. At one point they even said it was delivered. I had to tell them that I was filing with the better business bureau, and still was not able to get an update.

I finally received my items December 17th, A FULL 3 MONTHS AFTER I MOVED. R & R Moving decided to give the job to a third party to move my items. Many of my items arrived broken, my bed put together wrong, and all my boxes smelled strange.

WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES! IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR YOUR FRUSTRATION.

Thieves possible. Lots of missing items which I saw on the truck. Did not receive my TOASTER OVEN, RICE COOKER POTS N PANS, BRAND NEW LUGGAGE,
Case of Toilet Tissue, case of paper towels, BLENDER, SHREDDER FOR VEGES, MIXER, AND MUCH MUCH MORE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. THEY ALSO ASKED FOR A CASH TIP.
I NEED AN ATTORNEY!!! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE.
