This is trash they broke in all the time no one is there and never take care of you and the customer service is overseas you never speak whit manager and is to much for that

Worst storage units around, new ownership a few months back and the place has gone down hill ever since, security cameras are fake and your belongings will end up stolen or missing. No maintenance and they leave empty units with no locks so thieves can break in from the inside out. DO NOT USE! REMOVE BELONGINGS IMMEDIATELY IF STORING HERE! Zero stars!

UPDATE!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They not only increased the price of my storage, building, they added another $13 fee, if you pay past the 5th, they add a late fee of $21. and then a lien fee, of $125. on the 5th day of the second month, and send you a default notice letting you know that your belongings have been seized, until you pay a documented amout of $390.80, but when I went to pay that amount, it was changed to $420.59. FOR 2 months, that I was paying $160 for 2 months for, when I originally rented the storage. (before this company bought the facility)
It's also near impossible to get to your belongings because they constantly are changing the codes. Also, they do online auctions with the belongings they seize, so thats why they add as much as they legally can to your bill.
I am warning you, don't use this company. Do NOT do business with this company.

An absolute trash owned business. I rented while it was Purely Storage, and had no issues ever. As soon as this company took over, I can no longer get anyone to anser the phone, they have changed the code at the gate, have been threatened fo them to auction of my belongings, but can't speak to anyone to make my payment. Get your belongings out today, if you can.
