Rainbow Movers

Unfortunately - we had a terrible experience with this company. My family is still dealing with the repercussions of the lack of management of our local move in October 2024. What's even worse? The company has made no attempts to try and fix any of their mistakes or make right by my family. They have completely ghosted us since receiving their money.

hired this company to unload a truck in Hoston TX with my driver. All went well, until the end. As i was trying to release the money for payment the head man on site tried to force me to write a review on the spot. They even block my driver and truck to prevent him from leaving if i did not write a review. He did not have problem with payment because the money was release as soon the he told me the job was completed. I have use Hire A helper all over the US and never had a demand for review like this. I will not use them again and I will encourage everyone to be cautious using their services.

I recently moved from Plymouth,Massachusetts to Naples,Florida . Everything went fine until the truck left Plymouth.I was told that my goods would arrive on a particular day- when I called to confirm delivery on the day before, I received an email stating that it would be another 4-5 days. I called for an explanation from the office and the salesperson and received no return call. Two( 2) days later I called the office again -I was told there was no way to track their van ( North American Van Lines) or why there was a delay. The next day the office called and stated that my furniture would be delivered the following day. When my goods finally arrived,there were only 2 people to unload the truck as the 3rd person never showed up.
The lack of communication on the part of Rainbow movers (an affiliate of North American Van Lines) was terrible.Not being informed of where your goods are is very unsettling.

I used Rainbow Movers a couple of years ago. Generally they were great. I have a Walter Campbell painting that I just love. this artist is Canadian and very expensive. Somehow I got a reproduction, not pleased. For that reason, would not recommend.
