We were kept informed and got quick replies from Don about the status of our shipment. We needed to store our goods for a few weeks before delivery, which was done without problems. Overall a very good service, I would use again.

We had a horrible experience with Rainier Overseas Movers for our international move. Our container still hasn’t arrived after 3 months. They keep blaming international shipping issues, which is clearly not the case. Their updates are always vague and unhelpful, often just “we can’t do anything about it.” I wish we had never used their services. Avoid them at all costs!
