Ralph Palmisano Movers did a wonderful job in my recent 200 mile move. Ralph and his staff were friendly, kind, professional and extremely helpful. Packing and delivery were timely and all of my items were delivered in perfect condition, I would highly recommend this moving company.

On the plus side, they were thoroughly professional, on time, efficient and capable in their packing skills. The owner is pleasant and responsive, as are his workers.

On the negative side, their estimate had no relation to the final billing, which was $2,000 above. And this was not due to any unforeseen items or logistical blockages. It was simply, 'Oops! Sorry about that.' Not acceptable.

Finally, be prepared for Ralph's wife, who mans the office, to sear the skin off your face with her rudeness.

Bottom line: shop around and get an iron-clad commitment from the mover to stay within a clearly delineated price range.
