They were on time, very reasonably priced, I called them last minute, and they were available to put me on their schedule as early as possible, which was the next day.
They professionally shrink wrapped all the furniture.
They were in and out very quickly and moved with efficiency. Very nice people, I will definitely use them again if I ever need any type of reliable transport.

Do not use this company. They steal!

Would not recommend. Unprofessional on all levels. Asked to use pickup locations residential restroom ?, never answered the phone (call or text) after multiple attempts when I realized what a delay there had been on one piece of furniture, and they milked every bit of overtime.. again, on ONE piece of furniture. Seemed like they’d never done this before. Stared at the piece for 40 minutes before wrapping and attempting to get it to the curb where their truck was. Got it to our home to realize the piece actually comes apart in two pieces, nearly broke it unloading off truck. Wanted us to sign documents & pay before the furniture even landed in the house, but never got a contract upfront? The only positives I have is my hutch miraculously wasn’t broken upon arrival and they got me in next day.

Ms. Susan, Steve, and Justin were absolutely amazing! Nothing was broken! Every item of mine was handled with amazing care and swiftness. Everything that was discussed was delivered upon! I will be sure to refer and use Rambo’s again. Also, I booked last minute and they still got me in!
