Review:

I have used this company a few times but during a recent move, they broke blades off my ceiling fan not paying attention while moving a lamp. They refuse to pay or respond to emails asking about any “claim” to replace the fan. When I call I get the run around. It’s very shady, I would recommend a more professional and trustworthy company that won’t broke your stuff, or at least one that will take accountability when THEY broke something. Very disappointed and will never refer anyone or book a move with them again.

Review:

Where should I start?! First of all i dont fault the young workers they were over worked and im sure underpaid. Anyhew,Late, late, LATE. My candleholder got broke and everyone ran like roaches ? No apology whatsoever. We pd for xtra time because of their tardiness and the lady had nerve to ask for a tip....really. Lastly, everytime I ask for the owner she gets memory loss. Now that I've moved, finding missing items. I'm normally understanding but an apology goes a long way especially if the 'mgr' heard glass break too.
Never ever again???

Review:

I used Rambo moving service in January. Although there equipment wasn’t in the best of condition. I decided to use its services again. Only to be treated less than a valued repeated customer in stead, on the day of moving I did not receive a call to let me know that they were running late. I had to call them to be told that they will get to me today@ 8-9 pm tonight this is unacceptable when it comes to business, your time, and money. I believe after working all day the moving crew is tired as I am. So working with a two hour minimum at three- hundred and five dollars to start will end up costing me an extra two hundred dollars and more. Not only am I waiting but this type of service caused me to cancelled two events losing a total of one hundred and fifty dollars . And now it’s five thirty still no call, no show. Who ever the booking agent is she need a Reality check on how to handle customer service in who’s serving who.
