Rambos Movers Inc

The movers were nice, but it took them incredibly too long to move the furniture we had. Only one of the movers had experience, and the rest didn't really know what they were doing and had to be instructed the whole time. I unloaded a whole Uhaul by myself in two hours, and it took them 6-7 hours to empty their truck. They also rigged some of our furniture that they put back together for us, instead of telling us any issues they had putting them back together.

The movers moved incredibly slowly. My father was able to empty a whole U-Haul in 2 hours and they hadn't made a dent in their truck. All of the movers they brought were inexperienced and the lady had to tell them exactly how to do everything which took even longer. We've never had this experience before, and it usually only takes a maximum of 3-4 hours to move what took them 8 hours.

The ppl were awesome and fast! The price was what I needed it to be and even though I'm posting this 3 weeks after my move and am now in the un-packing process, I am finding things that are broken. The cabinet door to an antique liquor cabinet, cat tower and even items inside totes are broken. I even tipped them an extra $20 a piece after because they seemed to do an excellent job. I had no idea that my stuff was just being shoved into my moving truck without much care. I wanted to leave a good review but I just can't after finding soo many things broken.

It took 5 months for the owner to respond to my original review where it was stated that they wanted to make things right, they've not contacted me and probably won't. Proceed with caution when booking this company for moving.

The operations manger broke my 400.00 fire place!
She attempted to move my fireplace by herself and dropped it.
The gentleman had no issues moving it to the truck …
It was several times during the move one the gentlemen were trying to tell her to slow down … because she was trying to do more than she could. I honestly don’t even know why she was there to begin with because she didn’t count as a third person … I used the services in Aug and only received one email from the owner, then a letter stating they would be denying my claim …
This lady straight up dropped my tv stand!

SAVE YOURSELF!!! I would not use this company ever again. They definitely do just like multiple people said in previous reviews and take their time to charge you more. Be aware that the paper work you sign they use a carbon copy but try to make you sign in gel ink and it does not show through so your receipt copy will be blank. I had a pile of things I asked them NOT to pack, simple enough, even said it out loud to the three packers that where there, and showed them all individually and they still packed them and I had to go through the boxes to find them. One of the movers was rude. But most of them were nice even though some had ankle monitors and im all for employing willing to work people but they should mention that. I will say they made my move more stressful than it needed to be. If you must use them after reading the reviews know that one: do not buy their boxes, that are uhal boxes anyhow and much cheaper in the uhal store, two: they will try to over sale you boxes if you buy them from them. They will not buy them back. Three: Expect them to be late. They where over two hrs late.
They moved the stuff onto the truck in a few hr but unload took them way longer. Even though they where nice enough they definitely aren’t who you wana use especially if you are trying to budget. In the end I would def use someone else if I had it to do over again.
