My wife and I purchased this refurbished hot tub a couple weeks ago. Our sales representative, Tasha was a pleasure to work with. She was well informed, able to answer all questions and has been our primary point of contact.
Tasha arranged delivery and installation of our new hot tub, as well as, removal of our existing hot tub. Unfortunately, neither my wife or I were going to be home on the day of delivery. Tasha listened and correctly relayed critical information to the delivery/installation team regarding parking, unloading, moving and positioning the hot tub. The installation crew arrived as scheduled, correctly positioned and installed our new hot tub without issue. They cleaned their work area before leaving so all we had to do was fill it with water, let it heat and enjoy. We’ve been loving it ever since!
