Josh was professional and reliable. He was quick and efficient with the process. I would do business with him again.

I strongly do not recommend this moving service due to their unprofessional behavior. Here's what happened:

-Unreliable Communication:
After we accepted their quote, the mover completely ghosted us. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, we received no response.

- Unethical Practices: When we informed them that another party was interested in buying our hot tub, they suddenly resurfaced and attempted to charge twice as much as they shared for removing it, which seemed highly unprofessional. We decided to just let them take it but they ghosted us every time we asked them to take the tub for the price they offered themselves. Made us lose the buyer and they themselves disappeared. They called themselves helpers but in fact they just caused inconvenience for us from the start throughout the process.
- Poor Punctuality: A teammate of theirs was supposed to arrive at our home to provide a quote but showed up two hours late. We were left wondering if they would ever show up at all.

Overall, our experience was frustrating and far from satisfactory. I would advise others to be cautious when considering this service.

Ramp It Up Spas was a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time as promised, were polite, very fast and efficient. Communication was great. No issues at all. I would do business with them again with no hesitation.
