Third time using Ramsey Legacy to get furniture from Asheville outlets delivered to our home in Charlotte, and each experience has been exceptional. Very open communication, great pricing, all items were picked up on our behalf, and carefully wrapped and handled, and delivery was a breeze. Definitely recommend!

PS when the items were picked up from CB and RH, I was sent pictures from their team at time of pickup showing areas where the furniture had dings or scratches etc, and given the opportunity to approve pickup. Items have arrived wrapped throughly in clear film top to bottom and, on our most recent delivery. they even took apart our desk so as to no risk scratching it or hitting our door because of its shape!

I purchased 4 patio chairs from the Restoration Hardware outlet in Asheville and they gave me a list of names for delivery to the Charlotte area. After providing a quote, I hired Ramsey based on the RH recommendation. First they wanted to charge me a monthly storage fee of $150 on top of the quoted price even though they delivered only a week after pick up. More importantly, the chairs were in new condition at the time of purchase (confirmed by RH representative), but arrived to me with the chips as seen in the attached photos. I understand mistakes happen, but Ramsey refused to accept any responsibility. I believe it was a reasonable ask to be reimbursed for having them fixed. Unfortunately, I'm on the hook for that. The lesson here is to be skeptical of an estimate that's a good bit lower than others. You get what you pay for. Dustin spins a nice tale below. Admittedly, it is entertaining.

The only reason these guys have nearly a 5 star rating is because they get all of the bad reviews taken down so that they can keep that phony 5 star service they need reported to the B.B.B (Better Business bureau) (the Get Bodied account is for people who are afraid to put their real name out so they message us and we take care of their reviews of whatever they would like to say so yes it’s pretty much an anonymous type system)
