They probably had the hardest job they've ever faced while moving my piano. It's about 800 lbs and broke their dolly, so they had to carry it with straps. It was like a puzzle trying to get it around the corner in order to fit it through the front door of the apartment and they tried everything they could to avoid flipping it on its side. Flipping it was unavoidable after trying every option, so they flipped it and carried it into the hallway with straps. They wanted to make sure nothing happened to it during the process and I was so grateful for that. These guys really put everything they had into getting this done for me and I appreciate them so much for it. Thank you guys!! I will definitely let you know when I need it moved again, and I swear, next time will be easier!!

Absolutely terrible. I have never been treated so horribly in my entire life. Made the appointment 1 month out from date, and called a 3 days before hand to ensure appointment was good. 0800 on moving day they never showed up, get a text that there was an issue at 0930 and would show up at 1100. NEVER SHOWED UP. Called and texted 50+ times with no response. DO NOT USE! They will stand you up.

Crew showed up on time and moved My Piano and antique furniture without issue. Very friendly professional crew. Got the job done and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Would very much so recommend Ramsey Logistics

Absolutely horrible company. The 5 star reviews are fake, posted by friends.
When I first called they were responsive. I scheduled to have a pool table moved.
After scheduling they stopped answering their phones and texts.
They waited until the day of scheduled move to contact workers for the job. (Worker told me he was asked 15 minutes before he left his house to do this job. They had over a week to work out their end.)
Workers arrived to my home completely unprepared for moving a pool table. They had 0 knowledge about how a table is broken down and NO TOOLS with them to do it. After speaking with them about it I sent them home because I own an expensive table that is quite involved in its disassembly.
The owner promised to return the following weekend himself, with tools, to complete my scheduled move. I was closing on the sale of my house and counting on them to complete the job.
The following week they never responded to texts or calls. They never showed up to move the table. Never contacted me to let me know they would not be able to move the table and so, left me hanging with a pool table in a house I had sold.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
