I recently moved into a storage unit here and had an excellent experience! Jeff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and guided us smoothly through the rental process. He gave us a detailed tour, took the time to ensure both our passcode and lock were working properly, and patiently answered all of our questions. His customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend this facility.

I stopped in to ask some questions about web prices and Jeff went out of his way to show me each unit and was extremely knowledgable about what type of storage needs. I was super impressed with the cleanliness and love the cart availability. I was able to trade a run down and dirty, not so secure 10x 10 storeroom in green valley for a bright, clean, super secure, air-conditioned unit with a $75 savings each month. I reallly like the staff and friendliness and love the security and cleanliness. So glad that I stopped in to ask my questions! I highly recommend both Jeff and Jessica to help you with any storage needs.
