I’m a 70 year old woman who just became widowed. So I had to move rather quickly . These people are great. They are very professional and they helped me with my move in and showed me how to use my phone to access the gate and elevator then when it came time for me to move into another apartment they helped me with the transfer from one unit to another smaller unit with out any problems. They were kind enough to show me how to use their app and even made it easier for me to get in and out(I kept forgetting my code )so they took the time to make sure that I could use something that I wouldn’t forget. And guess what it worked. These people are great. And the place is always clean and well lit. So I’m not afraid to go there after dark. I would totally recommend this storage place.

Folks moving to area or those needing a good location, USE RANDALL WAY STORAGE!!! The responsiveness of the manager has been outstanding and for more than expected. This is a new facility, well designed, good deals, and located in an accessible area of Kitsap County. I am genuinely impressed and HIGHLY recommend this business!
