Nicest and newest place in the county, that I'm aware of. Was looking for storage about 5 months back & I came across this place in Silverdale. It is at the perfect location in my opinion located right next door to my bank, Navy Federal Credit Union. You couldn't beat the price! I checked every storage facility I could locate and this had by far the best prices. A big plus was that it's climate controlled with independent climate control units on every level. My experience with the staff has been nothing other than amazing. They are all really nice and ready to strike up conversation. I forgot to latch my lock one day and within a few hours I got a text from the manager letting me know that my unit was unlocked and that they had locked it up for me. I got a 10 x 10 unit with half price for the 1st month and 75 ish (with taxes it's around 75-80) every month after. You can pay upwards of 6 months in advance, if my memory serves correctly cuz I have paid 3 months in advance. And when the office is open you can get cookies! It's a good bonus when you stop and talk with the staff (never seen anyone else eat the cookies so I don't feel bad taking more than one). With how nice this place, multiple buildings with multiple floors, located within spitting distance from the mail, & super staff, you can't beat the price anywhere in Kitsap. Would highly recommend!! Hours you can get into your units are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Only complaint isn't really a complaint but more of a nuisance. You have to use the first floors elevators until the staff shows up during office hours. There are access doors directly to the second floor behind the buildings. Unfortunately the doors remained locked & are only opened when the staff shows up I believe. I've tried to
get in that way at least twice before office hours but to no avail. If you're running late past closing time don't worry, you won't get locked out/in as long as you don't have to go to the bathroom or. leave your unit to go outside .

Johnny was extremely helpful, courteous and helpful in helping us to find the right size unit for our needs. It was a real pleasure to work with him.
