Appalling. Did a face time walk through call with sales ahead of move, received a competitive quote. We left our sofa behind for the tenants making our final volume less than seen during walk through. Booked and paid deposit. Crew turned up, crew did a walk through and a review of the contents to move. After calling their office, Crew quoted 4 x ($10,000) what the sales team quoted. Would not return deposit after cancelling. As the crew walked away I overheard them on the phone to the office saying 'no he didn't go for it'. Sales team did not answer my calls following.
