If I could give a zero, I would. No moral decency, simply greed! They were told to move everything on the list, however some things were going to be trashed we asked them to disregard the beds, on site. Seeing that it took them a long time just to do one. We had no complete bedroom sets, might I add. They were slow and dragged everything out, they constantly stopped and got on their phones. It took them an hour to get from portage to miller ?. They left a great number of bags, mirrors, chairs and even the washer and dryer. I took pic's called the office manager immediately. She offered a discount to come back and pick up the remaining items, that's a rip off. All we had was bags and their were no refrigerator, stove etc. We purchased all new furniture. Not to mention, my mom and sister are disabled senior citizens. It's totally disappointing and disrespectful. My sister asked to take the bags he said some snarky response, about it's not his job to take the bags. Upon arrival to the house, the bags they did bring were thrown on top of the lawn equipment. I kept catching this one dude on his phone. Very unprofessional and not worth what I had paid for. I had to pay some children to load up a uhaul. Please choose wisely.

These movers were spot on!! My site superintendent AJ was amazing. A master tetris player. Took very good care of all of our things. Extremely professional and spot on on comunication. Would use them for future moves. Highly recommended.

We have used Rays Movers a total of three times. From the initial move from our old home to our temporary apartment to our new forever home the workers have been phenomenal. I highly recommend them.

The storage facilities were clean and well maintained. The workers took care with our property. The cost was excellent for the value of the work.
