RC movers has worked with us twice now. I will only call them in the future. They are fair, they work unbelievably hard, they are positive, polite and overall fantastic. They take extra care to protect our stuff and space, and never nickel and dine me of those protections. I will use them time and time again and recommend them to anyone looking to move.

RC Moving Co is the company you can trust. I moved 270 miles out of CA and I'm glad I've chosen this Company. It's really hard to make a decision which company to chose from since there is so many of them. And I am glad I picked RC Movers. They are amazingly on time, reliable, very honest, hard working and very careful with the furnitures and breakables. I was pretty amaze not a single damage to our furnitures they disassembled and they put it together right. Kirill is amazing, Kostya and Vitally are very good as well. They are so polite and very professional . Even the girls from the front desk Sarah and Helen are great as well. Alex the supervisor who also gave an accurate estimate and coordinated the number of movers needed and the size of the truck they will use. I am very impressed with the entire team and I highly recommend RC Movers.

The crew showed up right on time. Professional, courteous, great work ethic. They showed great attention to ensuring all of our furniture and boxes arrived in one piece. To top it off, they moved us into a unit on the third floor without an elevator. The guys worked hard and got the job done. From start to finish they did a great job. Will definitely be referring RC to any of my friends or family.

Unfortunately a very bad experience first they broke the light second they broke the sofa third my sofa is still sitting in the parking lot I tried to resolve it with them with no good answer they moved a 700 ft apartment last year same amount same everything one person last year they charged me for 3 hours this year they charged me for 6 hours they left the sofa and because it was covered by a blanket that I asked them to remove and take they charged me $60 and told me if they have to remove it they're going to charge me an extra hour it's been going on for 3 weeks with no result and I would like to get any advice or a legal advice of how I can resolve this issue I had to pay $300 for an electrician to come out on a Sunday to fix the light the broke every time I call I get the same answer and then answer is wait for a call or wait for an answer very bad experience I do not recommend them ever again after being a loyal customer for 5 years in a row this will be my last time I will give them a week to resolve this issue and if not I will get a legal advice and go to the BBB and reported and take any action that I will have to to get paid and reimbursed for all the damage that they cost me
Unfortunately reading your reply only made me more upset because there are all lies all of it I did not tell your guys that the responsibility of the broken light is mine it is all yours and I will take legal actions about it it's too cute a month of me back and forth to get the money that you charge me for the blanket it wasn't fast like you said and then the previous year I ordered two guys to move the same apartment they did the job in 3 hours and I ordered two people this time thinking I will get the same job but I didn't in regarding the leg of the sofa they removed the legs and if you look at the picture you will see the piece of metal that it's broken they did not remove the legs just because they wanted the legs removed one of the pieces is broken the reason the sofa is still in the garage is because I waited for you because you told me to wait for a solution and if you like I can post online all the chats between you and me so people can understand who is telling the truth and who is not
