The owner Paxton was so friendly and although his prices were comparable to other companies, his confidence in getting the job done in the time frame allotted had me sold. We agreed to $180 an hour for two hours of work using two guys. We went over what I had to move (2 br, 2 ba, plus washer/dryer, dining/living room w/ entertainment center and bookshelves & boxes) however; his two guys showed up smelling like marijuana with the smallest U-Haul. The U-Haul itself was a red flag but I needed the move desperately. I told them that they weren’t going to be able to fit everything though. They said they could. They spent a lot of time discussing things in between moving items but were surprisingly moving things quickly. When the truck couldn’t take anymore, it was time to go to the storage which was only a few streets over, from Plant Street to Dove Street. Instead, these guys took off and ended up on Pio Nono at Mrs. Winner’s! I followed them! They texted me and said they were going to get a Gatorade and unless Mrs.Winner’s sells Gatorade, I was confused. We sat there all of 20 minutes. We finally go all the way back to the storage. We go in and while they put my things in, I go use the restroom. When I came back, they were done putting my things in storage. I tip them $25 each on Cashapp and that’s when the two guys tell me they aren’t going back to get the rest of my things because it went over the time! Not my fault you brought the wrong size truck and also not my fault you went down Pio Nono and sat 20 minutes at Mrs.Winner’s. So they tell me it will be an extra $180 ($450 altogether) to go back and get the rest of my things. I said nope, I’m going to give you this $360. I was not about to pay them extra for their negligence. On top of that, they had a huge pile of flattened boxes on that UHaul and asked me if they could leave them on the street side in front of my house till we get back. Because they didn’t go back and it rained, by the time I got back to my house, I had to clean up all those wet, heavy boxes from the street so my neighbors and I could park, and I have a disability! I called Paxton to let him know about all of this. At first, he was going to argue his point but then listened to what I had to say. He said he would send the guys back and only charge me for an extra half hour. I agreed. Those guys never came back. I don’t know if he kept them from coming back or what but he knows they didn’t come back because I texted his phone to let him know. Damn shame taking advantage of a disabled, single woman. I felt it in my spirit that morning that this would happen and another mover warned me of this telling me that “cheap” is not always better. You save money, time, and frustration by going with a real company in the long run with their own trucks and real employees. Not some guy renting a Uhaul and letting some randoms run game on the public with his name attached. Do better Paxton. I didn’t deserve this.

I’ve moved a lot over my life due to the type of work I do. I can honestly say that I have rarely had good movers. RtM was a wonderful company. The guys were kind, considerate and professional. No major damages to my property! One of the guys made a small ding on my door( nothing major) and he could have walked away and I would have never known. Instead he made it a point to be honest and point it out. That warmed my heart because he had that much respect for me and what I work hard for. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again. I have never felt to comfortable with other movers as I did during this experience! Thank you sooo much!

Great group of guys helped me move from the third floor to the first floor within two hours. The guys were super nice and cool. They were very professional as well along with keeping my valuables covered and tight in the van.
