Employees were very nice and helpful.

Paxton was helpful and friendly and made the quoting and booking processes quick and easy. The crew were beasts! Byrd (sp?) knew how to move a household and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. That being said, we ended up with quite a few boxes upside down (it happens with misc sized boxes, we know, but it was alot of them), a nick in a nightstand (it happens, but we were pleased to see no other damages to furniture), and an opened box of someone elses' personal records (this is a HUGE issue). Despite repeated attempts to get the company to address this, I never received a return phone call and Byrd told me he'd pick it up on Wednesday evening but it's now Monday and I never heard from him again, though I could see he read my text on Friday. Overall, I can't give them a horrible rating, as they worked hard, and quickly, especially in 98 degree weather and up and down a flight of stairs repeatedly. It was a 3 bedroom house move, and very little went wrong. I would consider using them again, as this was a better experience than in the past with other movers, but I'd expect more communication from the company than they provided.
