Everything was great until the workers arrived and didn’t want to do the job. They were beyond lazy and asking me what to load onto the truck... ALL OF IT!! I did a walk thru and told them what else to get and they still didn’t get everything. They left 4/5 whole flat screen TVs some boxes dining chairs and parts of a bed. Also make sure you have cash because there is a 5% card usage fee.

I sent a moving inquiry on Memorial Day to move a baby grand piano. I received a response by the next morning. I was able to set up a pickup day and time very quickly which worked perfectly given the tight time schedule. Mr. Byrd, Ron, and Quint, all worked very strategically and efficiently, while being very meticulous with everything. Truly A+ service, care, and professionalism from start to finish.
