Had a pretty bad experience. Initial conversation was friendly and the prices sounded reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I guess I got what I paid for. Cheap service got cheap results.

It quickly goes down hill from here. I was given a 4 hour window arrival as I was the second job of the day for the crew.

The estimate given said 4.5 hour for completion. Me knowing it would take them longer just to keep a reasonable assessment of cost. Intervened for them to send three movers but they said that job only needed two.

They were supposed to arrive from 1-4 didn’t show up until 5. The whole time complaining that it was going to take too long. Then half way through they want to try and hold my property until morning because it was late but if they showed up at the original time slot they would have had enough time to get the job done. That wasn’t acceptable and they needed to move our stuff to our new home and needed our bed set up so we could sleep for the evening.

They would even wrap any of the furniture because it was too time consuming for them. They didn’t finish the job until just after midnight. And they had to come back in the morning to out our furniture together.

The movers themselves were good guys and I knew they were exhausted from working all day and I get as I work long hours myself. But there is much better ways to conduct business as a professional service.

I would not use this company or refer them to anyone.

Absolutely Disastrous – Stay Away from This Company!

This is hands down the worst moving service I have ever experienced. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. First off, the movers showed up completely unprepared, missing essential tools to properly disassemble and assemble my furniture. I specifically mentioned the need for this in my initial communication, so it was beyond frustrating that they failed to bring the right equipment for the job. How can a moving company not have basic tools? It’s absurd!

But it gets worse. They intentionally delayed the delivery of my furniture while en route to my new address, dragging the process out far longer than necessary. I was given no clear explanation, and it seemed like they were wasting time on purpose to stretch out the job. This delay threw off my entire moving schedule and caused unnecessary stress. If you're on a tight timeline, DO NOT trust these people with your move.

As if that wasn’t enough, when they finally arrived at my new home, they were careless and unprofessional. They scratched up the walls and floors of my brand-new house, leaving noticeable damage. The complete lack of respect for my property was infuriating. No attempt was made to correct the damage, and they shrugged off responsibility like it was no big deal.

To top it all off, their customer service is an absolute joke. When I called to express my concerns and request compensation for the damage, I was met with rude, dismissive responses. They clearly don’t care about their customers or the quality of their work, and they made zero effort to resolve the issues. The attitude was “too bad, so sad” and they refused to help in any way.

I regret ever hiring this company, and I urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and frankly, do not deserve to be in business. Save yourself the stress, the damage to your home, and the terrible customer service nightmare. Choose a moving company that actually knows what they’re doing and respects their customers—this one certainly doesn’t.

I would absolutely recommend this moving service. Manny and Jeremy were efficient and kind helping to make a stressful move less so. This was the first time I hired movers so it was a big relieve.
