HAD THE MOST AMAZING MOVE WITH REAL DEAL VAN LINES IN LEOMINSTER MASS ON THURSDAY 8/20. THE TWO GUYS DANE AND LUIS ARRIVED ON TIME INTRODUCED THEMSELVES. I SHOWED THEM WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY WERE SO PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY COVERED FURNITURE THAT NEEDED CARE AND WAS CAREFUL IN THE ENTIRE MOVE. THEY WORKED AS A WELL OILED MACHINE! HAD TO LEAVE TO GO TO CLOSING LATER AND THEY CONTINUED TO FINISH AND LOCKED UP THE HOME. I MET THEM AT THE HOUSE MOVING INTO, THEY PLACED BOXES AND FURNITURE WHERE REQUESTED A TOTAL GREAT JOB! THANK YOU!❤️

Great moving experience from Boston to NYC. Super seamless and fast, got everything done in one day by 4pm. Dave and Rusty were great.

On June 28, 2024, real deal came to move items out of a storage unit to our home. The guys were nice and polite, but one of them accidentally broke an antique marble top to an antique dresser. It was an accident. I have tried four times calling the company for reimbursement, I have left four messages to no avail. The company has yet to call me back. I am sharing my experience to let others know that they may be treated the same. Maybe this post will help. I cannot recommend them at this point.
