My fiance had a delivery here. The guy that unloaded him was super nice and quick.

I was supposed to have a delivery on Friday. Nobody had gotten ahold of me to tell me a time frame, and every time I called it went to voicemail. I sent emails and left voicemails. NOTHING. I called one last time THAT FRIDAY MORNING and someone finally picked up. I told her I had a delivery scheduled for that day and needed to know when it would be here. She proceeded to tell me they only to my area on Monday’s. I wouldn’t have been told that if I didn’t keep calling.

I had an appointment scheduled with a 4 hour window and they were supposed to call 1 hour before. 15 min before the end of that window I had not heard from them and the only contact phone number I had kept going to voicemail. We left the area and then 40 min later we got a phone call that they were 11 min away. None of the staff seemed that concerned that they didn't uphold their time commitments.
