Excellent move experience with North American Van Lines and Redman Van & Storage. Our Moving Consultant, Lennon Natter, handled our quote professionally, was transparent with information, communicated effectively and provided a very competitive bid. Lennon, supported by Lori and Paulette in the office, kept us well informed throughout the move. The two person moving team of Tyler and Amber packed our belongings in the promised time carefully and expertly resulting in no damage to any items. The same team hauled our goods cross country and unloaded our belongings well within the promised delivery time making for an incredibly smooth move. We have been moved several times over the years and the quality of service from North American/Redman was well above anything previously experienced.

I am editing my previous post and adding two stars. The items left behind were delivered today at great trouble and expense to Redman. I appreciate that the situation was rectified, I just wish it hadn't taken so long. I am hopeful mine was an isolated incident.
