Jo at the front desk was incredibly helpful and willing to go the extra mile both times I rented in the last week. When the app wasn't working for mobile checkout, Jo stepped right up and got me the information and the keys and got me through the process as quickly as possible. She provides fantastic service and the truck was just fine.

I called to let them know I was on the way to pick up my U-Haul and they rented it out anyways. This was after driving 30 mins to pick it up because my other rental would not arrive on time…
