From the time Ricardo answered the phone, came out and did a walk through and estimate until the movers Tony and Adrian arrived on time and completed the move in a friendly, efficient, and timely fashion, every step was handled with care.

Best moving experience we've ever had. Showed up right on time, moved our stuff quickly and efficiently, nice guys, didn't complain (past movers have done this in an effort to enlarge their tip), and nothing was broken. The sales guy had estimated higher and they got it done under the estimated time (which means we paid less than the estimate), which is nicer than the movers who low-ball you to get your business and then charge you more at the time of the move (this might be more common with long distance movers; ours was a short distance move). This might be the last honest business left in the world. Would use them again in a second.

I have been a long time customer at Redondo Van and Storage. They recently packed and then moved my apartment into storage. Everyone at the office including the owner, Ryan, Silvio, Jose and Carol are always friendly and helpful. For this move, Ryan and Patrick did a great job of packing, treating both me and my belongings with care and respect. Then Ryan, Patrick and Javier moved everything. They even worked later that night to get all my belongings safely into storage. Ryan, Robert, Patrick and Javier went the extra mile for me. Amazing customer service.
