Have used this company on several moves.
-Moved from out of state several years ago and they met me at a storage facility to unload a U-Haul into storage. Very organized and efficient.
-moved from storage facility to house over an hour away.
-from house to a 2nd floor apartment. Including bringing a large couch in thru the window.
-from apartment to a house, couch out the window, lightning fast and professional.

They bring enough guys to get the job done. Bill is the best, knows his stuff and his team is very responsive to requests. Can't say enough good things about them.

Contracted Red's to move a piano which they did efficiently; five stars in that regard. When quoting prices however they describe a 'possible' $100 handling charge 'depending' on the situation. Based on my experience you should count on adding that to the final bill.

We scheduled a move for 10:30AM. The appointment time went by and we called at 11:30am to no answer. Called again at noon and someone answered, telling me they would need to find out where the crew was. They called me back about 15 minutes later and said they would not be able to move us on this day because their crew was too far behind. If I hadn't made multiple attempts at calls to figure out why they weren't showing up, they likely would have never contacted us. I cannot speak to the quality of their work since we were left to move our stuff ourselves, but I can certainly say I would NOT recommend them for their professionalism and communication.

I called Reds moving company to move a marble table for me because I was selling my home, they agreed to take on the job!! I asked them if there was any issues to call me and let me know because this is my antique marble table!! I called the company on the last day of moving, they told me he couldn’t do the move because it was too cold!!! We live in maine, derrr it’s cold! I told him I didn’t appreciate his commitment to take on jobs and not the ability to complete them, he hung up on me! No apologies and no remorse!!! He also didn’t make any effort to tell me he wasn’t going to take on the job!!! Left me without the ability to move the table or the time it takes to hire someone else!!! Very bad move on them!!!
