We just finished a move from St. Cloud to South Texas. Our experience with Red’s was great. They packed us, stored our stuff for about 2 months and delivered the items for the amount they had estimated at the beginning. The crews that packed and loaded us and the drivers that picked up and delivered our items were all great. We’re still unpacking, but so far everything seems to have been packed well and have had nothing broken. I really appreciated Sandy who worked with us when there were some hiccups with our delivery date on our end.

Not great at communication (email) but good to work with

Red's has amazing customer service. The gentlemen who came to my home worked quickly and efficiently to move furniture out of my old home and into my new home. I was concerned about the price at first, but they are VERY comparable and it was WELL worth every penny! The gentlemen moving us were friendly and respectful to my family. The office people were helpful when scheduling and needing questions answered.

Reds Transfer is the Best. They saved Me and my wife. Our storage place went out of business and told us to empty our 10X20 storage within 2 weeks. We had no truck and no one to load it. At our age and disability we could not do it. Talked to Reds on Monday morning and they said said they would work us in on Tuesday. 9 am on Tuesday 2 young men from Reds started loading and were finished 2 hours later. Great job. Thanks again to Reds Transfer for saving the day. ? Just did a 240 mile move for us. Great job.
