This was the worst ministorage service I have ever had!! First they said there would be a lock in when I rented ,there was not, I provided my own and they said I would reimburse for it never seen it on my statement They locked in the month I owed for with red lock , I was just recently in a wreck and I was parylsied and I could not afford 104 dollar bill they said the extra fees for being late and insurance but every other bill was 70 . I've never had anyother storage do this to me especially if was my my first time being late
I know my personal life is not there concern but since the wreck I have lost everything, except what was in this storage!
