I recommend Regal Moving Services to one and all when considering moving. I shall here make four recommendations: Linda Bishop, my move consultant, was excellent. She was very organized, polite and professional. She expertly answered all of my many 'first timer' questions. Linda was very prompt in setting everything up for me, and it all went exceedingly well. Peter Nelson and Jose Cruz, the movers, are top-notch. They arrived right on schedule and were total pros--efficiently and smoothly navigating doorways and floors--leaving no marks whatsoever. This is no small task when dealing with cumbersome beds/couches/7-ft. bookshelves and a narrow old-style apartment room--transferring all into a new-style apt. with 'softer' non-parquet floors. The move was done before I knew it! If you like friendly and highly effective movers--request these gentlemen. Finally, their supervisor, Stan Burke, was also a pleasure with which to deal. He obviously runs a great ship. I was so impressed with his team, that I called to inform him of such. Thank you one and all. Use Regal !

This was the worst experience of my life. I have a judgement against them because they did not move half the stuff I paid them to move. The pull up in a Penske truck that was half full of someone else's stuff. We had to get a truck and a trailer and take three cars back and forth to the new house to bring all the stuff they left behind. I then had to get a mover in my new house because they left half the furniture either in the garage or the basement not assembled. They broke my mother's desk, left their garage, wrapping, empty bottles of water on the floors for me to clean up. When I arrived at the new house, the furniture was still wrapped in the garage and basement.
Absolutely worst moving company I’ve ever had to deal with. DO NOT USE THEM. Every single thing they told us was a lie. They said we were paying for 3 workers, we got 2. Said an amount and then charged more, said loading day was Friday and showed up on Thursday and then told us off loading was now Saturday instead of the original Sunday so we jumped in the car and raced to the state we were moving to not being able to say bye to people had planned to say bye to all for them to tell us now it’s Monday instead. I called this morning to see what time and they said 6pm. Then they just called and told us it will be tomorrow instead. Oh, they also said the whole truck would be ours and when they showed up it was more than halfway full so they couldn’t even grab everything on the list. So we still need to go back and get the rest of our stuff. Which defeats the whole purpose of us spending 6,100 dollars for less than half of a 26ft box truck and not getting it picked up or delivered when it was supposed to be. And customer service tells you too bad.
