They lost half of my things. When the movers came to drop off the items, I told them there were missing items, they pretended to go back to the truck to retrieve them and drove off instead, calling me to say they had other deliveries and my things were not in the truck.
The dispatch sent me a claim to fill (still pending. **EDIT: what a joke, they attempted to give me $100 bucks and call it a day, these people are thieves!), lecturing me on how I should have used colored tape or something like that to close the boxes for them to make them easier to find. I assure you, the desk, bookcases and dining chairs (4) were not in boxes, also the boxes they did lose shouldn't have to be misplaced in first place, it was their job to deliver them safety.
I'm extremely disappointed with this company. Save yourself and DON'T USE THEIR 'SERVICE', they will robe you.
