We had a contract with them for our move out of state. The night before the move they called and said the quote on the contract was too low and they needed over $2500 more to come the next day. Pointed out that we had a contract but they refused to honor it. If the quote was too low they should have caught it earlier and not the night before the move.

After we paid the booking fee we could not reach them with questions about the move.
Also said they would fully refund our booking fee but so far that has not been refunded.
Jasmine who called us was very unprofessional and rude when telling us they would not honor the contract, laughing about our predicament when talking to us.

My wife posted a review a few days ago that appears to have been removed.
One star rating is way too high for this place!

Relentless was hired to move and transport household furniture. Contract was signed for a specific price. 930 pm the night before moving, they called and stated that price would be $2000 MORE! Unprofessional, dishonest. Be very careful before hiring them!

This place is a scam! Whatever you do, don’t hire them. They gave a very reasonable quote and THE NIGHT BEFORE THE MOVE to another state, they called and said they needed $2000 more due to an error on their part. Refused to honor their contract and sent threatening texts. I’m sure this place is a scam and the positive reviews are not legit. Beware!!
