My experience with the movers themselves was very positive - they were on time, professional, and moved our belongings with care. My negative experience is with the administrative/billing process.

I hired Relentless Moving to move our belongings from our basement up to the main level of our home. The price quote I received, reiterated in the contact I signed, was for an hourly rate, a minimum number of hours, a surcharge for stairs, and a $50 booking fee. I was asked if I had any special items like a piano or a gun safe, which I did not - just regular moving boxes and standard furniture for a four bedroom home.

When I received the bill, the total price was almost four times what I had been quoted - over $1,400 for a 2.5 hour, in-house move. I had been charged anywhere from $45-85 PER ITEM that was deemed to be 'heavy' or 'difficult' - these were things like medium-sized Lowes moving boxes of kitchen dishes, a box containing half an artificial Christmas tree, individual pieces of a queen bed frame, a 3x5' wood desktop, a regular dresser, and a TV stand. All in all, these individual surcharges added up to an additional $990. I was also charged a 6% processing fee (from Venmo to use a card, fine), and a 6% service fee. I have no idea what a professional moving company expects to be moving if they're charging extra to move standard household items. My attempts to sort this out with their operations manager have been ignored.

They were respectful of everything I had in the house and our time together during the move. There wasn't any damage done. Thanks to their service!

I was so pleased with the move these guys did for me. They were professional and handled all my fragile items, appliances included.

Called twice to look into their services, and was immediately hung up on both times. I was finally able to talk with someone the third time I called and gave the rep the information needed for a quote. I was told to expect a text/call back within 10 minutes; they never followed up.

Great experience with Antonio and Relentless. Will definitely use their moving company again. I just hope they have availability when I do need them as I know their business is expanding.
