Reliable Contents Services

Reliable Contents Service helped us out when we had a water damage at our property. They meticulously inspected every item and categorized them. They prepared documentation to submit my insurance provider for reimbursement of lost personal items.

Since this was a huge project there were multiple members involved. Each of them was polite and mindful of our space. I would like to personally thank Arron, Consuelo, Athur, Ihorivna, Brenda, David C, Xavier, Michael K, Jay, Alek and most importantly Nathan for co-ordinating this whole project. He was quick in responding to our queries and thorough in his work.

Reliable packed our stuff when our home was flooded late last year. The crew of Jay, Nick and Aleks were professional and respectful. I could have given 4 stars and not 5 due to an issue with my fridge when they moved our stuff back but I gave 5 stars because of David, the Project Manager. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He made sure that everything is okay and was a good communicator. Overall, I would recommend this company.

What an unbelievable group of people ! ! ! ! The efficiency and accuracy was better than first class. I watched Paola - crew lead, Olena, Consuelo, Ihorivna, Angel, Marco, Jasmine, Xavier work the days that they were clearing out my home office with the falling tree damage to the building. The inventory of the saved and trashed items is extremely organized and has helped me find things that are now in a storage facility. Aileen Koverman assisted me in obtaining the link to the photo / inventory and was fast great to work with and all made the minor disaster much easier to deal with.

I think they all need a raise $$
