Reliable Movers & More

Nick with Reliable Movers & More took a deposit from me for a cross-state move scheduled for 7/30. He DID NOT SHOW. We had to hire new movers on the same day. Nick's phone was disconnected most of the day on 7/30. When he (paid the bill?) and I was able to reach him, he claimed that our move date stated 7/31 in his sytem. However, I have an emailed quote from Nick stating 7/30 as our move date. I asked Nick for a refund which as of today, 8/21, I have not received. Nick and Reliable Movers are a sham. Considering our next steps in action against him for the deposit he stole.

Half prior to the date we were supposed to meet I even called to verify the Monday before the Saturday Nick said he will call me back in 10 minutes he never did try calling him again he did not respond Saturday came and it was a no-show complete waste of time I could’ve hired another company do not waste your time there unreliable they do not show up to the appointment and they do not respond

I hired these folks back in 2016 to do a move.. they moved my furniture however I had my dresser and bed frame damaged. Contacted Nick via email twice and several phone calls to get it rectified but was lied to about them sending a refund and then they completely stopped answering my phone calls. Will never recommend... glad I found those emails just in case they want to say I wasn’t a customer!

They were wonderful and made my move easy. They worked with me to move my moving day up earlier then originally set up. They were careful with my things and asked how I wanted it to be set up.
