I scheduled a move within 20 miles in the dfw area and it took over 6 hours to complete. 2 men showed up around 12:40 pm and just went as slow as they possibly could. Not to mention that while they were in the apartment moving things, they did not even wear masks or offer to during this pandemic. Their talk was unprofessional and from what I overheard they should watch their language around customers. I can get over that but what I am not able to get past is the speed in which they completed the move. We have a 2 bedroom apartment with less than 10 pieces of furniture and less than 15 boxes to move. This should not have taken over 6 hours. I’m in the apartment management business and I’ve never witnessed this. When the move was finally completed after 7:30 pm I ended up paying over $500 to their cash app and it didn’t even work so I had to go draw cash out of the bank and rush back to my new place so I was not charged more for them being on the clock. Needless to say I will not be using them again. The whole thing was disappointing and I’m glad it’s over with. I do feel I am owed some refund since the move was so slow but I don’t see that happening from reading these reviews and seeing the unprofessional responses. I definitely will not recommend to my customers. That’s all.

If I could rate this company negative stars I would!! First, I scheduled my move two weeks prior. On the day of the move, they were supposed to show up at 9:00am but they didn’t. I contacted Nick (the owner and manager - who I initially scheduled with) and he stated “they were on their way”. That was a straight lie. At Noon (THREE hours later), I’m calling and calling and I’m getting sent to voicemail. I had to scramble at the very last minute to find someone. Contrary to their name, they are NOT reliable. They may be inexpensive but do NOT waste your time. It is not worth the unreliability and unprofessionalism!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This guy is a thief and a liar . Don’t do business with him run as fast as possible away from this business!

This company damaged my furniture and washer my matress and other items were were litterally dragged and scratched up really bad. I am now trying to get refunded back money for l
for the damages but they keep toying with .e and saying that theyve sent the money lut YET I HAVENT RE IEVED A DIME. Please do yoursemf a favor and get some one else to do your moving because this company is totally UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
