Reliable Movers & More

Completely UNRELIABLE. They were scheduled for a move and gave me a 4 hour window for their start time. Then as it gets half way through the 4 hour window and they havent shown up or called, i decided to call them. They said that they were running behind and would be to me an hour after the 4 hour window. That wasnt going to work for me so i asked to reschedule. They gave me a day and exact time this time and didnt show up at all. They really deserve 0 stars. DONT USE THEM SAVE YOUR TIME THEY WONT SHOW UP ANYWAYS

Company has no respect on the phone and just hangs up

If I could give 0 stars I would. It first started when the movers showed up 2 hours late without any phone call until an hour and a half past the scheduled time of 9AM. After the movers got my stuff and put it in the truck they told me I owed them DOUBLE the $$ that I had agreed on paying. Nick Foster, the “boss”, is a total unreliable businessman. We agreed upon a flat fee of $85 plus a good review after some negotiating. Never mentioned it was an hourly rate and that there was a minimum of 2hrs per job. He said it would Total to $85!!!!!! So when movers picked my stuff they asked for $170 I said NOWAY!!! Well guess what, both the movers and I couldn’t get a hold of Nick Foster on the phone to solve the dispute and the movers basically took my stuff captive until I gave them at least $60 more than the original $85 I agreed on laying with Nick.

The MOST UNRELIABLE moving company I have ever used. Do not use them!!!!
